New Roof System: On some sections, we installed Polyiso with an R-Value of 30 then mechanically attached single-ply 50 Mil Duro-Last.

For the new building sections, we mechanically attached Polyiso with a value of R25 then installed double-lock metal roof panels along with gutters and downspouts.
