New roof system: After removing the old membrane we fully adhered ½” DensDeck cover board, then mechanically attached prefabricated 50 mil Duro-Last.

Bonus Challenge: We needed to rerun electrical and AC disconnect panels for the different sections of the roof and there were different scopes of work as well.
